1989 Sorrel Mare Sire: Fox Easter by Doc O'Lena Dam: Cassiar Peppy Gal by Peppy's Humo
(1989-2010)
"Taz" is the most valued foundation mare in the R Bar T line of genetics. An exceptional individual in the arena, Taz combined cow-sense with an exceptional pedigree, steeped in foundation quarter horse bloodlines.
An injury during competition in 1997 left Taz with a fused pastern joint on one front leg, and she began a new career as a broodmare. She excelled at this new position as well, crossing well on multiple stallions and passing on her exceptional conformation and temperament to her foals.

Hancocks Sweet Gal "Hannah" 1996 Bay Roan Mare Sire: My Guy Hancock Dam: Sweet Pivot
Looking to expand with more foundational bloodlines, R Bar T bred a successful race mare with a Hancock bred stallion. The result was a large, powerful roan mare who was explosive out of the roping box and refined in her movements. Hannah was competitive in the roping arena until the desire came to utilize her genetics to create the next generation of R Bar T Horses.
